Within the first 30 days, all returns of defective products will be handled by HEADSETHELPERS.COM. After 30 days, defective products will be covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by the manufacturer and we can provide you the details of each product and what warranty period it carries. Please call at 855-461-2295 to receive details on the manufacturers’ warranty periods and policies.
If you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer before the need to return the product to us. In many cases, we or the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone. For more information, please call us at 1-855-461-2295 to allow us to assist you with trouble-shooting an apparent defective product. If, after our attempt to help you get the product working and the device is still malfunctioning, and it is within the first 30 days, we will process a return material authorization number (RMA#) for you and process a replacement.
To return a defective product to HEADSETHELPERS.COM, a RMA# must be obtained from our customer service staff. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA# after which time the RMA# expires. RMA#’s are non-renewable. By processing this replacement order, the customer agrees to send back the defective products to our warehouse in the 7 day required period.
Upon issuance of the RMA#, HEADSETHELPERS.COM will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order and no duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card. However, you do not return the merchandise to us within 7 day after the issuance of the RMA#, we reserve the right to charge your card for the replacement.
HEADSETHELPERS.COM will pay for the cost of shipping of the replacement product, but return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
HEADSETHELPERS.COM reserves the right to return any merchandise sent to us without a valid RMA#.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products that are returned incomplete, or damaged, if accepted, will require a deduction, which will be charged to your credit card. This deduction is final.
To return a product to HEADSETHELPERS.COM, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Obtain a RMA# within 30 days of the original ship date by calling 1-855-461-2295.
Provide the following information when requesting a RMA#: The name or model number of the product(s) being returned, the reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and an email address.
2. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
HEADSETHELPERS.COM will provide you a merchandise-return label, and this label should be affixed to the return shipping carton.
For your protection, use a “traceable” ground shipping method.
3. Return the merchandise within 7 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Credits and Refunds
Credits or refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. HEADSETHELPERS.COM will credit customers in the same manner that they originally paid for the merchandise. If paid by check, HEADSETHELPERS.COM will return the payment with our company check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to your account. However, your credit card company determines when the issued credit is available and you will need to check with them when the credit is posted.
